Camp Paradise- Summer Camp for Adults!

Your Cabin

Your Week at Camp

🐴 Trail Rides
Gallop along black sand beaches and ride deep into a private jungle reserve where sloths, monkeys, and macaws actually show up, not staged, just there.

🦜 Wildlife & Waterfall Day at Tiskita Lodge
A guided hike through Tiskita's private rainforest reserve with a certified naturalist, passing a jungle waterfall worth jumping into. This is the day you'll see more species per square foot than you knew existed, and someone who actually knows their names.

🎣 Fishing Day
A full day aboard a traditional panga boat, chasing yellowfin tuna, snapper, and mahi mahi in some of the best fishing waters in the world.

🏊 Free Time
Ping pong and pool tables in the game room. Lazy afternoons at the resort pool under the palms. No structured activity required if you just want to exist in a hammock for a while.

🍽️ Mess Hall, Upgraded
Fresh ceviche, just-caught yellowfin, and local favorites cooked by Pavones locals, included in nearly every meal. (Two meals are self-pay: market day  lunch and pizza night. Even camp needs those.)

🌅 Golden Hour, Beachfront Edition
Sunsets over the black sand beach that do exactly what a campfire used to do: get everyone talking.

Hosted at La Ponderosa Beach & Jungle Resort — air conditioning, your own bathroom, a mini fridge, a safe. So: summer camp, but you're allowed to be a little fancy about it.

Your Bunkmates

A small group of fellow adults (6 person maximum, 2 people per room) small enough that you'll know everyone's name by day two, and still be in touch with most of them a year later.

Your Camp Directors

Us. We handle the airport pickup, the logistics, every detail in between, so the only thing you have to figure out is what to pack (and we will send you  a list.)

Camp Paradise.

Remember camp? Not the homesick part, the part where you made friends fast, tried something new before breakfast, stayed up too late talking, and came home as a slightly different person than you left.

That's Camp Paradise. One week, deep in Southern Costa Rica, where the jungle meets the sea. A small group of grown-ups, ready to feel that again, minus the mystery-meat dinners. (The food here is actually pretty great.)

One week of camp style adventures with theme days, a campfire, and some fun & games.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, but we also want to be transparent about how our retreat bookings work.

When you reserve your spot, we immediately secure your accommodations, activities, and transportation by paying non-refundable deposits to our local partners—the hotels, tour operators, farms, and guides who make this retreat possible. These commitments are made on your behalf to guarantee your experience.

Because of these non-refundable deposits and reservations, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is received. Your payment locks in real reservations with real people and businesses throughout Costa Rica.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations for unexpected circumstances. This protects your investment and gives you peace of mind. We recommend checking out soventure.com for travel insurance options.

If you have questions about this policy before booking, please reach out, we're happy to discuss it with you.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to adventuring with you in Costa Rica!
